Beautiful photos. I particularly loved photo number 7. I cannot imagine how wonderful must be being in the middle of the forest at sunset and capturing a photo like that one! 🤯
Beautiful photographs. Some of them almost look like paintings. This was definitely more enjoyable for you and us than flying over. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Sarah, yes the tiger came quite close, in any case I was capturing the images with a 200mm Telephoto lens. It first just sat behind the trees enjoying the breeze and even had a sort of siesta with closed eyes and then after 40 mts it decided to walk past us and marked its territory before disappearing into the forest. It was a beautiful sighting.
The abstract photograph is a slow shutter speed image of the moon around bamboo trees if I remember right …was just playing around to see what was possible. It was my early days of photography. I liked what I got so kept it. Thank you for asking and for your comment.
Gorgeous, Shital. Forest light is probably one of my favorites to photograph. Something about encountering it feels spiritual and moving. Have you heard the the term thin places? Thats what comes to mind. Lovely post. Thank you for sharing!
Your writing is like chicken soup for the soul. I had a long and stressful day and my son had returned very tired form his medical school and I read it out to him. The beauty and the pace of the note calmed and soothed both of us. I actually found it meditative and deeply soulful. Thank you so much for the beauty. For helping the readers slow down and breath.
Ipsita I am glad the post and the photos helped in ways it has helped me as well. Your words give me hope that I am in the right direction by just focusing on what makes me the happiest in my life. And it’s photography and now writing about it. So thank you for taking the time and reading and for your support. It really means a lot to me.

That tiger! You looked very close to it. And how did you take the final image? It has an abstract quality.
